Wade Antonio Colwell is an advocate for equity, inclusion, and excellence and often uses his love of hip hop and poetry to bring that work to schools. In this episode, Colwell shares about his journey into education, his work helping begin the Youth Equity Stewardship program, and about the upcoming Equity by Design institute.
