In this episode, Dr. Emily Davis, founder of Teacher Development Network, shares about what quality mentoring for beginning teachers looks like and the ways that it can affect multiple parts of a school. She also talks about “praxis shock,” the jolt new teachers often feel when moving from studying education to becoming a classroom teacher.
