Learning Zone Training

The work of mentoring tells a story of support, reflection, and growth. As we tell this story, it’s important to have artifacts to articulate the impact of mentoring on beginning teachers and their students. Join us to learn more about the tools that can support you in collecting data that demonstrates the science behind the art of mentoring.

This event is required for all participants enrolled in Mentoring Foundations and is encouraged for those that have been previously trained using New Teacher Center tools. We hope you will take advantage of this opportunity to refine your understanding of the Learning Zone tools.

Participants will:

• Refine their use of the NTC Learning Zone tools as it applies to mentoring practice.
• Create a plan to use Learning Zone tools to capture the story of mentoring.
