Voices for Impact Engagement Toolkit
Amplify your voice and expand your impact.
This toolkit grew out of feedback from Arizona teachers calling for access to information and resources to better engage and advocate on cornerstone topics in education. In response, the Arizona K12 Center and the Maricopa County School Superintendent's Office worked together with cross-district teacher teams to research decision-making, funding structures, and storytelling. At the forefront of curating the resources listed below was a focus on gathering essential information in one easy-to-find location that is accessible for teachers to review, understand, and apply in their advocacy work.
Maximize your work with the Engagement Toolkit by joining us for the Voices for Impact workshop where you will identify an advocacy goal and scenario you would like to address.

Partners
The Voices for Impact Engagement Toolkit was created through a collaboration with the Office of Maricopa County School Superintendent Steve Watson and the Arizona K12 Center. These organizations recognize the importance of teachers as change leaders and the critical nature of teacher voice being included in conversations about important education issues. This work could not have been completed without the support of the cross-district teachers working groups. Thank you!
